The Association elects a President, four Vice-Presidents and a Secretary-General and three additional members of the Executive Committee that, subject to the decisions of the Annual General Meeting, is the governing body.

The Executive Committee consists of a strategic committee that assists the Association with strategic advice and planning.  It consists of not more than six members who, in accordance with the Association’s Constitution, represent as far as possible the regions in Africa, which represents members of the Association.

The Secretary-General and the administrator together with the secretariat manage the day-to-day affairs of the Association.

The Executive Committee appoints the Strategic Committee of the Association. Who are also ex officio members of the Executive Committee; who in particular facilitates and coordinates the project and work of the Africa Prosecutors Association.

Meetings, Conferences and other activities can be obtained from the Secretary-General or the Administrator of the Association at the Bureau of the Association.
